Finance & Administration

This office administers the legislative process including elections, Council and Committee meetings, and the maintenance of the public records. Its responsibilities include:

  • The preparation and distribution of Town Council and Committee agendas;
  • The creation and distribution of the official recording of Council and Committee deliberations;
  • The maintenance and safekeeping of the official records of the Town of Morden;
  • The provision of access to both current and archival records to the Administration and to the public;

  • The Director of Finance & Administration can also be asked to act as Returning Officer for Municipal Elections.
