Committee Meetings

All Committee Meetings and Council Meetings are open to the public, to attend as an audience only. If you wish to speak or you have an item to put on the agenda, you need to send in your request to the Administration office one week prior to the Meeting Date.

There are three types of Committee Meetings every month. Three representatives from Council serve on each of the committees. This is where items are discussed in detail and a decision is made to forward it to the next Council Meeting.
