Committee Meetings
All Committee Meetings and Council Meetings are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, to attend as an audience only. If you wish to speak or you have an item to put on the agenda, you need to send in your request to the Administration office one week prior to the Meeting Date.
As of March 8th, 2010 the Committee Meeting format changed. There is no longer three individual meetings per month. There will now be 'Committee of the Whole' meetings twice a month. These meetings will be held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 9:00 am. (Except for July and August when there will only be one meeting a month.) All members of Council will attend these meetings and they will cover matters from all three sections - Public Works, Finance & Administration and Community Services.
