Note: On April 6th, 2009 the PUB announded they had approved the new rates for Morden. These new rates became effective till June 1st, 2009 and will not be seen until the September billing. By-Law 17-2005 was replaced by By-Law 2-2009 on April 20th, 2009 when it got second and third reading. By-Law 2-2009 had its 1st reading on January 26th, 2009.
MINIMUM CHARGES PER QUARTER - Effective June 1, 2009
Water and Sewer Customer
Notwithstanding the commodity rates set forth in Section 1 hereof, all customers with water and sewer service shall pay the applicable minimum charge set out below, which will include water allowance indicated:
