HOCKEY & DEVELOPMENT CAMPS
Players can participate in the following camps and clinics to maximize strength, speed, balance and agility. These camps can also help to improve individual skills, including passing, shooting, stick handling, effective moves and team skills such as breakout patterns, neutral-zone techniques, offensive-zone alignments, checking systems and playing position. Players also learn off-ice techniques and exercises that reinforce on-ice skills.
