S.E.R.C. – (Southern Emergency Response Committee)
The Town of Morden is a member of S.E.R.C. (Southern Emergency Response Committee). This committee represents the RM of Stanley, Town of Morden, City of Winkler and Town of Plum Coulee. The committee has prepared a full Emergency Plan for the region. The contact details are;
