These items should not go to the landfill.  Morden is fortunate to have a local e-waste processing business in the community. The company is Exner E-Waste Processing Inc. located just east of town on Highway #3 at 12159 Road 27 West, Box 1447, Morden, MB, R6M 1B3. Phone 822-5235.

Materials that are accepted are:

  • Computer Monitors (CRT and flat panel display types)
  • Desktop Computers (CPUs/hard drives, mice, keyboards and cables)

  • VCRs - Stereos
  • Phones - Cell Phones
  • Scanners
  • Copiers
  • Fax Machines
  • Microwaves

Exner accepts virtually anything that has an electrical cord or is made of metal, such as small appliances, old power tools, drills, hand tools, etcetera.

E-Waste disposal is FREE for households. Materials can be dropped off at -

  • The drop off bin at Exner E-Waste near the back door – 12159 Road 27 W, which is east of Morden on Highway #3.
  • The Exner E-Waste Green Bin behind the Staples store in Winkler
  • The e-waste tent at Pembina Valley Containers at 160 Grant Street in Morden.
