The City of Morden is pleased to announce the appointment of Shelly Voth as the Immigration Co-ordinator, reporting to the Community Development Officer.
This is a new part-time term position created by the success of the Morden Community Driven Immigration Initiative. The position is responsible for all aspects within the Community Immigration Initiative for the City of Morden.
Shelly has worked and lived in Morden for 10 years. Her extensive qualifications and experience in human resource management and immigration will benefit her in this position.
“I am excited about the opportunity of offering services to both newcomers and employers in the area. I encourage business owners and HR managers to speak with me about specific needs in hiring, immigration programs, and how they can be involved in this exciting initiative. We will do our best to ensure that the newcomers coming through our program will match the needs of Morden employers and to the city in general,” said Shelly Voth.
