During these classes you will not only master waist hooping but explore the fun and benefits of off-body movements; such as hand hooping. From there you will be introduced to transitions, these enable you to seamlessly change between moves. It is this which creates Hoop Dance or Flow. Hula Hooping is a low Impact exercise that burns up to 100 calories in only 10 minutes; a great benefit, among many others.
