Ski Trails

A ski trail is groomed at Lake Minnewasta/Golf Course. Parking is at Lake Minnewasta.
Grooming is done by City of Morden Parks & Urban Forestry Department and is dependent on snow conditions.

Trails are generally groomed on Mondays and Fridays depending on snow conditions.

Grooming Updates

Outdoor Rinks

City of Morden Parks & Urban Forestry Department maintain the following outdoor ice rinks:

  • Access Event Centre
  • Lions Park
  • Elks Park
  • Morden Park

Morden Fire Department maintains the rink at Wardrop & 8th St and a skating rink at Colert Beach. They also support the maintenance of Morden Lake Skating Trail (dependent on conditions) along with Cole Hildebrand and staff from Capital Landscaping.

Outdoor Curling

City of Morden Parks & Urban Forestry Department has created an outdoor curling opportunity in the Morden Park Bowl!

Please leave the brooms and rocks at the park. To report issues please call 204-822-5431 ext.206.

Enjoy FREE snowshoe rentals, brought to you by City of Morden together with Healthy Living Together Now Grant (Southern Health) and Morden Drugstore!

Rent them online or drop in at the store (open every day) to borrow!
