Power Yoga

Power Yoga is taught by instructor, Amanda Friesen. This is a sequenced based yoga class that improves flexibility, strength and self-awareness. Be prepared to sweat and be challenged!

Cardio Drumming

CARDIO DRUMMING is a fitness class that uses rhythm as its foundation and combines the benefits of group exercise with drumming and body movement. There are many benefits to this class including:
• Muscle toning, cardiovascular endurance & flexibility
• Improved neuromuscular (brain) function & coordination
• Increased focus and concentration
• Posture and body alignment
• Brain fitness and memory enhancement
• Inspires a strong sense of well being
• Stimulation of fine motor skills/hand & eye coordination
• Increased creative expression through the feel & the fitness of the activity

Total Body Yoga

Total Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. Work your whole body with this yoga practice, ending with relaxing shavasana. Instructor: Amanda Rempel.

Partner Yoga

Partner yoga involves physical postures, breathing, touch, communication, and play.  Partner yoga focuses on interdependent movements that are mutually beneficial.

Partner yoga is for everyone not just couples! Bring your partner, room mate, neighbor, coworker, or gym buddy! Partner yoga works with anybody that you feel comfortable and able to relax with. Instructor: Amanda Friesen.

Family Yoga

The fun and joyful class begins with thoughtfully tuning in, followed by a fun, mindful, playful and meditative practice that includes postures, partner poses and group poses. Class concludes with relaxation and guided imagery.
