Board of Revision

If you are not satisfied with the explanation from the assessment branch, there is an annual Board of Revision process where you have an opportunity to file a formal appeal. Your written appeal must be filed with:

City of Morden
Secretary, Board of Revision
100 – 195 Stephen Street
Morden, Manitoba, R6M 1V3

The City of Morden Board of Revision date to hear appeals, is held on an annual basis, normally in October of each year. The date is set by the assessment branch and will be advertised in the local paper well in advance of the Board of Revision date.

There is no fee to file an appeal through the annual Board of Revision. The form is available at the Morden Civic Centre or can be downloaded using the link below.
