 Morden City Council meets approximately once a month on Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Morden Civic Centre. These meetings are open to the public. There are ‘Committee of the Whole’ meetings approximately once a month, on Tuesday mornings at 9:00 a.m. All members of Council attend these meetings that cover matters from – Public Works, Finance & Administration and Community Services. All Committee of the Whole Meetings are open to the public to attend as an audience only. You may place item to put on the agenda, but it must be provided to Administration two weeks prior to the Meeting Date. The Police Service Act requires that the City of Morden and some other communities set up a local Police Board.

Agendas and minutes of Council Meetings and Committee of the Whole Meetings are put online as soon as possible.
All minutes are considered ‘draft’ until they are adopted at the next meeting.
