East Commercial Development Area

The East Commercial area is located on the north side of Provincial Trunk Highway #3 within the municipal boundary of Morden. This is a 45-acre commercially zoned area on a high traffic route between Morden and Winkler.

Boston Pizza Ltd. opened its doors on this site in the fall of 2006. This is an exciting development for the Town of Morden, as the commercial and service industry expands in the Pembina Valley region. There is unlimited potential for other businesses to join Boston Pizza in this prime commercial area.
