The 2012 Community Survey Results are now available online.
Out of a total 4,108 recipients, 300 responded to the survey. This is approximately a 7% rate of return. The 2011 total responses were 246 and the 2010 responses were 180. Each year it is increasing, however, anything under 400 responses is not up to industry standards and is therefore not a good enough response rate or measure of public concern.
